MR imaging of the Lumbar spine was performed on a 1.5Tesla superconducting magnet.Axial T2 and Sagittal T2 and T1-weighted images were obtained.
FINDINGS:
Vertebral alignment and bone marrow signal are normal. The conus medullaris and cauda equina have a normal appearance
L4to s1 :there is a diffuse disk bulge causing mild centeral canal narrowing lmpression
Mild central canal narrowing lmpression
Mild central canal narrowing at L4 to s1
