TRANSRECTAL PROSTATE SONOGRAM: Prostate shows 36 mm 20 mm 36 mm size with 13.5 c.c volume. Peripheral zone shows normal homogeneous echo genic sonogram with no S.O.L. Inner gland shows normal homogeneous sonogram There is no mass in central zone Right side vesico-seminalies is not visualized. Left side vesico-seminalies is hypoplastic with heavy echogeinc fluid measuring 22mm 3mm size with no visible mass. IMP: Right side non visualized VS.
